Thorntree Lodge is situated on the Zambian bank of the Zambezi River, 15km upstream from The Victoria Falls. It boasts a central lounge/dining area with a wooden sundeck overlooking the Zambezi River. Facilities also include a swimming pool with a water-level bar and a covered deck overlooking a perennial waterhole.
With the arrival of six magnificent tame African Elephants (Danny, Bop, Madinda, Mushumbi, Marula and Lewa) at Thorntree Lodge during December 2002, we now also offer elephant back safaris at the lodge.

Package Includes:

1. Return flights in selected classes ex Johannesburg International Airport (add-on fares available).
2. Two nights’ accommodation (three days/two nights).

5. One lodge activity per adult per night, chosen from any of the following: river cruises, game drive, guided tour of The Victoria Falls (Zambian side).
